Would not have to open Adobe Reader each time. My Excel file has over 160 tabs so it would be preferred if it I'd like to modify my macro so that it prints the actual PDF file after saving the excel worksheet as a pdf either during the process, or after saving all of the worksheets as PDF files. I have included my code below, which saves each worksheet as it's own PDF file using a set description file names which would make it easier to sort in Windows Explorer. I'm fairly new to this, so I apologize if this is not the proper forum for this question. Hello - I've found a few threads on helping print excel files to pdf however, I have no problem with getting my excel into PDF using Excel 2010.
